My husband is a huge fan of middle eastern food and noticed this little spot while driving through Simpson’s Bay. The kitchen is creatively situated in a shipping container and there is covered seating outdoors. While the food was delicious, the best part of the experience was the service. The owner was an absolute delight! He took real pride in his cooking and spent a lot of time chatting with us. He has a real gift for hospitality! If you’re looking for a quick, fresh, casual lunch, this is your place!

One of my all time favorite restaurants. Not just while vacationing in Sint Maarten, anywhere. The owner, Vesna, and her staff treat you like you are made of gold. If my family is fortunate enough, we visit once a year. Not only does Vesna remember us with a friendly and warm greeting, she remembers what we order! This year was a milestone birthday and the food and service went above and beyond. Very genuine. Now let’s get to the food. Exceptional. My favorite, the seafood pasta was as always, truly great. The desserts, simply done and fantastic! Thanks again, Vesna and staff, and we will see you next time.

Walked in and was promptly seated. We were told right away that they are backed up in the kitchen and that the order would take some time. It was explained that a flight was canceled and that the passengers were given meal vouchers to eat there. We ordered spring roll appetizers. I ordered steak shish kebabs and my wife ordered chicken kebabs. After waiting a bit the owner came over and apologized for the delay. I can't express how apologetic he was. He sent over another round of drinks, an appetizer of baba ganoush and hummus. Then when our dinner finally did come out he sent over a plate of something that appeared to be like eggplant parmesan. All of it was delicious. I really feel the owner and server went out of their way for us to make up for an unusual situation and we will definitely return.

Ness continues to do a wonderful job with the place...best pizza on the Island in my opinion and his full service dinner menu with daily specials is and has been just superb. Each dish is prepared when ordered...all with fresh homemade pasta...a better meal is hard to find.

We went here for our last full day on the island. You do have to drive over some steep terrain to get there, but worth the drive. We parked and walked down to the beach. We got 2 loungers and enjoyed the day. The beach service was great. For lunch we went up to the restaurant and had a lovely lunch. The menu was in French with English translation- even though we weren’t quite sure what we were ordering, but everything was superb. My husband got the pig knuckle- which was like pulled pork baked into a rectangle brick. It was tasty. I got the chicken special which was a long rolled chicken stuffed with ?? Tasty stuff - lol. We even splurged on desert which was brought out on a cold marble looking plate. White table cloths - very good service! We walked down to the opposite end of the beach to check out the Secrets resort being redone from the former RIU property. I have posted photos of both ends for those interested. The beach was great and calm with the best easy entry into the water we’ve seen.
