Bavarian Immersion
Reviewed By AndreasDE2020I enjoyed being immersed in Bavarian culture during my recent business trip to Munich. Hotel Forstwirt provided the usual modern amenities in a traditional Bavarian setting. The rooms were clean, the service great, the breakfast awesome, and the restaurant/bar just what you need after a long day's work. The beds are a bit on the smaller side, and for whatever reason my room was very warm even with the radiator off. Still slept very well with windows tilted open. One negative was that the main road was closed for construction, which meant a couple miles detour each morning, but otherwise I enjoyed my visit very much and would stay there again any time.

No more than a 3 stars hotel
Reviewed By Fred DAverage 3 stars hotel. I had a large size confortable and clean room with a small balcony. The environnement was pretty quiet. Proximity to work location was part of my selection criteria. Supermarket nearby. Poor internet connection and TV not working properly. Cleaning lady knocking at my door every morning at 8:30am, extremely annoying! Breakfast was below expectations, I decided to skip it after one try. Unacceptable room rate compared to a 4 stars hotel in the city. All in all, do expect the minimum service for this type of hotel, not more.

Nice, small, typical German, hotel near Munich
Reviewed By ForTimOn our way from the north to the south of Europe we spent the night at Hotel Grassbrunner Hof. The rooms were clean and pretty large, the beds and pillows were good, and the bathrooms with showers were clean as well. No airco but that was fine since that day (night) the outside temp was low. Also, dinner in the restaurant of the hotel was good with friendly waitresses.

Clean, friendly, quiet inn
Reviewed By Amicameabooked this inn on short notice. Friendly owner did everything to accomodate me on short notice, despite the fact that I was the only guest a few days before Christmas. Quiet location in the countryside but convenient to reach motorway. Pets allowed at extra charge. Not idealfor travellers that can not climb stairs. Breakfast was very good and room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.
