Horrible management!
Reviewed By BandarsTripsI consider myself very experienced with hotels and resorts. My family and I travel a lot and we have visited many places. I know how to compare hotels and resorts based on the location. But this place is by far the worst of any experience. We arrived, large group, and had to wait for 2 hours to get into a replacement. Their manager was the worst hotel establishment manager I have come across. Just to sum up what he said: “You guys have two options: one to take the other villa we offer and the second option is that if someone doesn’t like what they see they can leave!” He accused us of trying to take an advantage of the situation to get out with a free stay! Never go there as you can find much better places with much better services.
