Exceptional! Ban Be Non are a true rare gem of a tour agency - these guys are so professional and honestly, like a personal concierge service in Sao Tome! I can highly highly recommend. They're very well-equipped with some of the additional challenges of travel during Covid, and they literally do EVERYTHING to make sure you aren't stressed about that (including even going to the bank to pay for my test so I wouldn't waste time!).
