We had a very nice dinner at the Mühle in Gerspach recently. The service was knowledgeable and found the right tone in being communicative but unobtrusive. The kitchen offered several menues which were covering a range of complexitx and cost. We felt welcome and will certainly come again.

The food is made for mass. I definitely do Not recommend the salad here. If you want Rösti, it is probably the best place to have it in this town. They offer it in different ways, traditional or with egg etc. Dogs are only allowed outside and it is one of the only restaurants which has an open kitchen in the afternoon.
