Top 5 Cafe food in Agadir, Souss-Massa-Draa Region, Morocco

August 28, 2020 Kelli Reichel

Reviews on Cafe food in Agadir, Souss-Massa-Draa Region, Morocco. Soak up the sun on the well-maintained beaches of Agadir, southern Morocco's most-visited city. Palm-lined boulevards and beachfront bars add a decidedly Western-resort feel, amplified by the large number of Europeans who flock here in the winter months. It’s all about laid-back relaxation in Agadir, so ride a camel, rent a beach buggy, check out the Suq al-Had market or take the 20-minute walk up to the ruins of the Agadir Kasbah for expansive city views if you’re taking a break from the beach.

Modest but beautifully decorated vegetarian restaurant. The dishes are crafted with true artistic flair and very delicious. I loved this place. The staff were exceptionally friendly and I left feeling significantly healthier than when I arrived. Check out the artwork on the wall made from salvaged bic lighters. I recommend this place without hesitation.

After reading all the wonderful reviews below my husband and I decided to go to this restaurant on our recent visit to Agadir. We arrived at the restaurant at about 8.30pm and it was very quiet with only one other table already occupied by a family of six, the waiter saw us and gestured for us to take a seat at a table which we did. It then took 20 minutes for him to come and ask us if we would like to order a drink and give us the menu. We ordered bottled water and our food choices straight away, it then took another 25 minutes before our drinks were brought to the table (they actually came with the food). 45 minutes to be served a drink in a quiet restaurant is not acceptable.Three other tables were occupied during the time it took for our drinks to arrive and all waited roughly the same amount of time for service too.The food itself was pleasant, with both of us trying a different beef dish.We tried to get the waiters attention to ask for the bill but after 10 minutes my husband had to go and find him. We then waited another 20 minutes for the bill to arrive because the original family of 6 seemed to be disputing their bill and it took ALL of the members of staff to deal with them.Although the food itself was nice, it certainly wasn't worth all the waiting around for some service. Maybe we visited on a bad night but the staff certainly need to be much more attentive.
