My family and I were visiting Johannesburg for the first time and I was looking for a safe, reliable and trustworthy transportation company to take us from the airport to Sun City and then back. From the moment I spoke to Glyn I knew we were in the best hands. She was informative, quick to respond, lovely to speak to and super accommodating with all of my numerous requests. While in Johannesburg I had an issue to deal with and Glyn went above and beyond to help me sort it out, and I couldn't be more grateful to her. Her colleague Edwin picked us up both times and was also absolutely lovely. He was waiting for us at the airport and arrived on time for our pick up back to the airport. He made sure we were all comfortable and was an extremely safe driver. I know for sure that the next time I visit I will definitely be using Reliable Shuttles & Transfers again, and highly recommend them to anyone going.

Walter Sisulu National Botanical Gardens

Welcome to an Eden hidden in the West Rand of Gauteng where beautiful nature welcomes visitors and the rushing water of the Witpoortjie Waterfall, gushing from a height of 70 metres, soothes and revitalises careworn city-dwellers. The garden is home to a pair of breeding Verreaux's Eagles (Black Eagles) which have become proud symbols of this majestic garden. Walking, hiking, picnics, exercising, bird watching, relaxing, nature appreciation, are some of the popular activities of visitors to the garden.

Such an exquisite hidden gem! Stunning natural waterfall. Loved seeing the two black eagles nesting at the top of the waterfall. Saw many birds including the Golden Tailed Wood Pecker, Striped Kingfisher, African Hornbill, African Black Duck and a Sunbird amongst others and loads of weavers building their nests. Beautiful trails under the trees and a geological walkway. Remember to take binoculars and a camera with. It makes the spotting so much easier. Also a lovely restaurant to enjoy afterwards.

The staff here are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and well spoken, all delightful. The maize maze is open part of the year, and changes shape every year. It took us over an hour to complete this maze, finding boards with questions to answer and stamps to collect. There is a maze of reeds that is open when the maize is not, and a small number of interesting physical /mental puzzles to solve outside the mazes. We loved our visit and would highly recommend it to adults and children.
