What a great final dinner before seeing the family off tomorrow at the airport. Burgers are wonderful. The spicy fried extremely flavorful. And the salads were also good. But Bob the burger man at Brute is the man. He wonât steer you wrong, will explain the nuances of the menu, etc. Who knew Hoofddorp served up some rockinâ burgers. Go to Brute. Youâll love it!

We went there on a Thursday evening with colleague., the We were with a group of 12 people. The restaurant seats 140 people and is nicely decorated. The staff consist of a variety of nationalities. The saladbar is vast with a vast selection of salads, cheeses, sauses, nuts, and the likes. The served meats vary a lot in tenderness and grenses. The served sausages were uneadible, the lamb was nice as the rib-eye. The porc belt and the short-ribs were very though. Very big restaurant with enormous variaty of food offering cosy areas where you have privacy due to very good interior. Fingerlicking good! Everybody can eat as they have vegetarian, fish, meet, sushi, wok, etc. You select yourself and food is very fresh due to continuous preparation at the counter.

I've been a 'de Beren' lover for years.Went to this one in a Sunday evening for dinner. Easy access from high way, easy parking.The Beren restaurants are always decorated with toy bears, and this one in Hoofdorp relatively simple and lean with decorations. I missed bears a little here, but okay I came for food.Seated at a corner, not a busy evening. The ground floor was about 80% seated. Had a looong waiting for making oders, after drinks were served. The waiting time was too long, so I am now removing a star.Ordered spare ribs and vegetarian risotto. Both are delicious and I have compliments for the taste and quantity.Tried apple crumbles, also good. Recommend it to meat lovers. You may not get a long waiting time as I did. In general it's good value of money.
