I must have walked past or into all the neighbouring restaurants on the waterfront before entering Mami-T Santa Ana. It was right at the end of the lunch shift and we were one of the stragglers to be there. After hours of flying and eating junk food, I ordered a Caesar Salad and loved it (washed down by a cold beer). My colleague went for the fajitas or tapas. I can't remember. But the restaurant was really friendly, well-run and definitely not pricey.

It's a lovely place to see and enjoy the local colourful culture... it's a real touch of history as you stroll up between the house, their all very colourful and well maintained... easy t find, there are some steps , there's also a tourist shop, small cafe hawkers and icecream sellers ....there's also 440 or so step to the top, great views from there!!!

I must say this is an excellent concept with nice atmosphere and great menu.We went there considering the great reviews from the same restaurant in Quito.The food is expensive for the portions served but very well prepared. Order more than two plates if you want to feel satisfied.
