Vers gebakken taart met een lekkere koffie. Minder gezellig binnen, maar je kan ook buiten zitten. Keuze uit drie soorten taart maar verder niet zoveel op de kaart. Kledij kan er ook gekoct worden.

The interior makes one think of the 1950's and makes one feel at home. Nice for breakfast, lunch or for a coffee (cheap refills of normal coffee), not open for dinner. Also lovely icecreams. The team is very friendly, but service is quite slow, which fits with the atmosphere.

This little bistro is situated across from the church in Berlare. That's great location, but because the road next to it is quite busy (including with heavy traffic), it's not perfect for sitting outside. If you don't mind the noise of the traffic, no problem, if you do, select a spot inside.Service was excellent, quick and very friendly and the food was actually better than expected. I ate a goat cheese salad which was served with the vegetables and the cheese separated and the cheese very nicely grilled with the pieces of bacon inside of it. Lovely. What was nice too was that the salad contained lots of different ingredients, it wasn't just a pile of salad and carrots for example.Don't expect a three-star experience, but both of us were quite happy and would gladly visit again.

Del Mare bestaat sinds lange tijd, deze taverne is gelegen aan één van de kunstmatige watermeren van het Molsbroek. Je hebt een vrij ruim terras vanwaar je de zeilers, boten en vogels kan spotten. Op de menukaart is er voor elk wat wils. Leuke tussenstop tijdens een fietstocht of wandeling. Vriendelijke bediening.
