Dolcetto Trattoria Italiana

This is a really nice trattoria with not too much on their menu. I ordered a linguine carbonara and a beer. The waiter was attentative and offered some warm foccacia with some really nice spread. The foccacia was though very salty. The linguine arrived and the pasta was cooked to perfection. But with pancetta, smoked side pork and parmesan the remaining taste was....salt. I myself prefer Carbonara the Italian way, with no cream, only egg yolkes, but it was actually okey with the cream. To order another beer I had myself go inside and find the waiter, who had in total 3 tables to wait upon. So all in all, it was a bit of a disappointment, even though the quality of everything, foccacia, parmesan, linguine, pancetta was really good quality. The size of the portion was just right for me, but if you are hungry, you will need to add at least one more dish. And last but not least, the waiter never asked if I was happy with the food

One of the best spanish restaurants I've visited in Sweden. Good food, well cooked, restaurant is fresh and clean and the service is good. A bit more expensive than your run of the mill restaurants, but as it is themed (Spanish) this is to be expected. Recommended

Very designed restaurant and bar with mostly italian menu. Ok prices on champagne but only big houses. Not the most inspiring winelist, except a collection of ages top bordeauxs at very good prices. The nighta special was a huge sweetbread, fantastic flavour, perfectly cooked, great value for money on that one!

I rarely give 5 stars, but this restaurant was fantastic. I have been to Greece and this food was authentic and delicious. We had the Meze sampler (hummus, eggplant and tomatoes, and the grilled halloumi cheese. Everything was fresh and flavorful. For our entrees we had the salmon plate, a lamb plate (Adana), and the meat sampler (7 Kryddor - lamb, beef, and veal), all served with either potatoes or bulgur, and a salad. Each had it's own wonderful flavor. For dessert, we had baklava and chocolate cake (closer to a brownie). What we really liked about the desserts is that they were not too sweet, especially where baklava can be drowning in honey - this one was not.One reviewer stated that the entree portion was small, and I agree, but the flavor made up for it.As with most meals in Sweden, I find the food very expensive everywhere. That being said, the price was in line with what I expected and the quality was fantastic.
