This is a newish venture which certainly deserves to succeed: charming service, impressive food (lamb, pork, padron peppers, croquetas, octopus all really good in tapas form), good wine list, very reasonably priced. We had a very enjoyable dinner and we would definitely return. A fine addition to the local dining scene.

I first came to Wags when it first opened and left it a 5* review then but itâs just gone from good to better. The food is fabulous - such a yummy range of veggie and vegan. The vibe is always buzzing - itâs pet friendly, baby friendly, sports friendly - basically successfully covers all bases from brunch until night time. Usually come on weekends but my Wednesdays would not be complete without my standard hot/cold chocolate made by the lovely Edward & Dario. Wags definitely deserves the multiple awards it has won!

4.5 stars on taste and service, 2 stars on price, making it about 3 star on average.Staff were helpful and friendly, but £18 for about a 15cm in length piece of grilled octopus tentacle? Over-priced, especially as this place is nowhere near central London or Kingston, in fact it's in a quiet residential area so their rent must be low by comparison to somewhere on the river-front in Kingston. I just came back from Barcelona where in prime real estate on the beach front I was eating octopus for around 10-12 EUR, so it's a fairly stark contrast.I would come back here for the beers, it's family friendly too.HelloWe're glad to hear you rate our food and service highly, thank you.Regardless of where we are in Kingston - or indeed in the UK - you'll find that the cost of Octopus is significantly higher than that of the Med, where the Octopus is sourced from. Since I was little I've lived in multiple countries through out the world and visited many more. From Australia to South Africa, I've seen a little bit of the world. When it comes to grilled spicy chicken, the Rooster Run somehow has the best I have ever had. I say somehow but the love they have for their craft and grill is quite unique, they also have great customer service and I haven't seen them stress with anyone, even on busy weekends.This is a great stop in Kingston and I hope to see this go far as much as I actually quite like being a bit hidden from the rest of London and for that matter the world. Great job to the guys that put so much work to such great food - I only wish you'd open on rainy days as well!
