Irodion is a Greek restaurant, situated in the pedestrianized Hauptstrasse in Grünstadt. It is a nice cosy restaurant with friendly and competent staff. The ambiance is laid back; board games are available to play. I even saw a group of four ladies (past their prime) bring a complete contract bridge kit including a green table cloth and bidding boxes. They played hands of bridge before, between the courses and after the meal. The food was well prepared; waiting times are short. I enjoyed a nice combination dish (Dorfteller) with souvlaki, keftedaki and gyros. The beer was cold, so nothing more could be wished. To be recommended.

Wir haben das Lokal zu viert am Sonntagmittag dem 9. Juli 2017 aufgesucht. Das Lokal liegt sehr schön im Grünen, auÃerhalb des Stadtparks von Grünstadt. Das Akropolis war schon sehr gut besucht, dennoch bekamen wir einen Tisch auf der Terrasse im Schatten. Die Gasträume sind sehr nett eingerichtet und der schöne Wintergarten in zur kalten Jahreszeit sicher sehr der Hit. Die Speisekarte bietet zahlreiche griechische Spezialitäten zu vernünftigen Preisen an. Zur Vorspeise hatten wir lecker geröstetes Knoblauchbrot. Die Hauptspeisen kamen zeitig auf den Tisch und schmeckten gut. Leider vergaà der Service unsere zweite Getränkebestellung, was sicher dem vollen Haus und der groÃen Mittagshitze geschuldet war. Ais Aufmerksamkeit bekamen zweimal Ouzo aufs Haus.

Had dinner here and all five of us loved our food. I had the Rumpsteak with mushrooms and it was delicious. The meat was very tender, perfectly cooked and tasted great.The beer and wine I had was also good.Service was good even though the place was packed. It is a very small cozy place. Can't wait to go back and try the lamb kabob or chips.Note: They don't take credit cards.

Deshalb waren wir beim Griechen.Es waren nur 3 Tische besetzt. Die Bedienung war sehr entspannt, man könnte auch sagen unaufmerksam. Irgendwie lief das ganze lokal auf notbetrieb. Vielleicht steht der Urlaub kurz bevor?Seiâs drum, das Essen (2unterschiedliche grillteller) war gut. Der Salat frisch.Nachdem ich die Bedienung zum Zahlen aufgesucht habe ging auch das.2 essen 2 Getränke 40â¬. Das war für uns o.k.
