This is a nice looking little seafood restaurant just recently opened. Unfortunately the food is let down by the abysmal customer service!!! Having pre-booked and after eating lunch with invited friends, (one of whom is the restaurant manager at a top hotel in Florence), we were asked to vacate the table immediately after finishing our main course. This was NOT a cheap lunch and we, and our guests were incredibly embarrassed.

You can't remain untouched just seeing this guy at work, it's a kind of artist, faster service ever done, things you can see on youtube epic wins compilation! Lots of different ingredients, for lots of delicious products.. a must if you are around there.
