Since it must be intended as a pub/bar (birreria in Italian) instead of a restaurant, the Birreria Pedavena is a must place to stop for eating great food and drinking great beer. Service is precise and fast, the personnel is very kind, there is plenty of space to seat and a garden behind with some animals where to walk afterwards. It should be possible to visit the brewery too but I am not sure about it. Anyway, the entrance of the brewery is quite iconic and deserve a glance (you find it by walking up the hill in the garden. A 3-minute walking).

The exterior is unassuming when the restaurant is open, even more so when it is closed. The decor is modernist and simple with ample space between tables. Menu has a decent selection, and translated versions are available. Very good price fixe meny with a tasty selection. The food is made by a highly competent chef, but doesn't have the flare that would push it up to a five. The atmosphere is unhurried and calm, definitely a place to visit and enjoy several times.Thank'you!We appreciate your opinion and we are happy to know you too!

Lo storico bar ristorante sulle piste da sci alle Buse ha cambiato gestione.Da dicembre 2017 è tornato nelle capaci mani della famiglia Gorza che già gestisce il ristorante La Birreria a Pedavena.Ottimo luogo per rifugiarsi per un pasto caldo direttamente sulle piste.Buono il cibo ed il rapporto qualità prezzo.

We were a group of 9 staying at the hotel next door (bearing the same name).They offer a varied menu with typical dishes of anti-pasti, pasta (taste the porcini), and meats.The restaurant was busy however the service was very good.Well worth visiting if staying in the area or passing by.
