Portions are huge....we had half portions on an open face hot hamburger sandwich....waitress was friendly and knowledgeable....If in area again, will be back.

Stopped for a bite on our way through. Friendly service and great prices. Most of the menu was your typical diner food but there were a couple of Asian options as well such an pineapple chicken and stir fries. My kids were happy with their kids meals.

This by far is our favourite breakfast place. Its your typical greasy spoon and the food is made with love. You can substitute anything, they have REAL butter for your toast (must ask for butter), coffee is great and staff very nice. Usually, I have bacon and eggs with rye toast and home fries. This is one of the few places that has gravy for my home fries :) Please note: they are moving for October 1, 2014 to 29516 Hwy 28 S beside Kawartha Dairy. New name is "JJ's Diner".
