Almere (Dutch pronunciation: [ɑlˈmeːrə] ( listen)) is a planned city and municipality in the province of Flevoland, Netherlands, bordering Lelystad and Zeewolde. The municipality of Almere comprises six official areas that are the districts of Almere Stad (which is further split up into Almere Stad Oost, Almere Stad West and Almere Centrum), Almere Buiten and Almere Pampus (which is currently being designed), and the boroughs of Almere Haven, Almere Hout and Almere Poort. Four of them feature official district or borough offices. Furthermore, it also comprises the unofficial historic district and neighborhood Oostvaardersdiep, which has an active semi-self-governing community, and the planned district of Almere Oosterwold. Almere is part of the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area (MRA).

The smell of grease (oud vet) when we entered the restaurant should have been enough to send us away however we were hungry and sat down, mistake.Start to finish we waited for each serving and staff. The food was covered in a terrible BBQ sauce. All in all one of the worst restaurants in Almere I have ever eaten in.

The location is very nice, the waitresses are friendly, the design is cozy but the food disappointed me. I could make it myself. I go out to eat because I want to try something special and delicious. For 52 euros we got 2 pieces of grilled meat, 2 asparagus each, fries and salad, 1 bottle of water and 2 glass of wine. The plate looked very poor. I really wish we stayed at home and cooked ourselves saving the money. I recommend you to improve the menu, because just fries is sooo cheap. Add some other sort of potatoes, rice, porridge, decorate the food originally, add some sauce and grilled vegetables and the place will deserve to exist!

The venue is located near our offices. We arrived for lunch at 12:15 and we were seated on the patio immediately. I ordered tomatoe soup and prosciutto pizza BOTH were amazing. The interior of the place was also nicely done. I will definitely return again.

Bij Kippie Almere, afgelopen weekendEen grote pan met 90 stuks kipkluifjes, gehaktballetjes enz. Besteld.Wij waren wat aan de late kant met bestellen, waardoor we de grote pan zelf hebben opgehaald, wat trouwens geen enkel probleem is, mits je maar met de auto bent.Normaal gesproken kan je het voor 5 euro laten bezorgen, maar op zondag zijn ze gesloten.We waren met 15 personen en hadden er meer dan genoeg aan!Je kan van alles bestellen, van rijst, bami enz.Het heeft ons allemaal héérlijk gesmaakt!
