My daughter is married to an Italian man and they have a holiday home in this beautiful area - we didn't meet one other english person during the week we were here! This restaurant is typically unpretentious. The village of Predappio Alta is pretty, and the restauarant is just off the tiny main square. You can eat outside in the square (we ate inside as it was hot). There is a great range of local delicacies - small flatbreads called piadine (they have a version made with red wine that they call piavini) that you can choose a filling for, lovely salads, bruschetti served on long wooden platters (one filling on each side) and other delights. Everything was fresh, newly baked and delicious. The manager and his wife are very nice and freindly, and there is an english version of the menu if required. Currently Chef Pepe Paolo is always GD and creative but unfortunately the owner la Signorahave been very UNPROFESSIONAL on table serving as well as public relations suckLocation of restaurant does not offer much free parking facilitiesâ¼ï¸Therefore this was my 1st and last time time eating at Sarabea
