Agriturismo dei Lumi was born on the farm "Rocca le Caminate", already producing excellent wines. Now also incorporates the catering service to accompany the wines and local produce to th dishes of the local tradition.

Rustic ristorante with beautiful views of the valley below. You can eat outdoors also during the day. We had 2 homemade pasta dishes and a variety of grilled meats, both of which were delicious! Typical romangolo! Definitely reccomend if you are looking for a new place to eat out.

Pleasant atmosphere, good service, and GREAT FOOD!! This place is a hidden gem, and it is a must for all those who want a plate of real Italian food (overpriced pastas, pizzas, brushette etc. close to main tourist attractions hardly qualifies as food). Prices are low and the food just amazing. Brushette come in different sizes, and you can choose what you want the toping to be (one toping for the smallest one, two for a medium, and three for the largest one). I also recommend trying some home made liquors (digestivo) at the end of your meal. Make sure you call in ahead and make reservations.

Locale molto carino, piccolo ma ben arredato e pulito, vanta alcuni tavoli esterni per godere del sole, nel nostro caso primaverile. Il servizio è cordiale, solare e molto disponibile. Noi abbiamo preso un crescione (eccellente) due birre ed un succo, spendendo in totale â¬12,00, eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo.Consigliatissimo a tutti.

Premettendo che per arrivarci la strada è un pò tremenda, quando sarete su poi vi dimenticherete di tutto. l'agriturismo penso sia aperto tutti i giorni, mentre solo il ristorante apre a tutti i clienti il sabato e la domenica con pranzi (e penso anche cene) a menù fissi (20 euro il sabato e 25 la domenica). Sapete quando vi sedete ma non saprete quando e SE vi alzerete perchè le portate saranno veramente tante. La qualità del cibo è eccellente e la cortesia altrettanto. sono contento di aver scoperto questo posto.

This trattoria was truly outstanding. Not one word of English, but what delicious food. Family operated. Truly remarkable. The fresh mushroom dishes are maybe best I have ever had. And this place is truly only visited by locals. So you know it is good.

The menu was great and so was the wine which is produced there. Our son claims to have had the best Pasta ever there. I would recommend not to miss the parmigiano souffle!

My daughter is married to an Italian man and they have a holiday home in this beautiful area - we didn't meet one other english person during the week we were here! This restaurant is typically unpretentious. The village of Predappio Alta is pretty, and the restauarant is just off the tiny main square. You can eat outside in the square (we ate inside as it was hot). There is a great range of local delicacies - small flatbreads called piadine (they have a version made with red wine that they call piavini) that you can choose a filling for, lovely salads, bruschetti served on long wooden platters (one filling on each side) and other delights. Everything was fresh, newly baked and delicious. The manager and his wife are very nice and freindly, and there is an english version of the menu if required. Strikes a perfect balance between special and informal. Food quality is extremely good, and options are wide. From local teenage couples having a quick pizza to rather more stately families taking on the full 4 courses. Doesn't look like much when you pull up, but fills up fast and booking probably advised. I think the lack of airs & graces combined with the fantastic quality is what makes this place so special - and popular. There aren't many places I've seen both fois gras and takeaway pizza available. Particularly recommend the fish primi and the vin santo, but everything we had was top notch.
