It is very nice quite and clean place in the center of Tver. Good staff. Tasty food. Fast service. Moncafe is not expensive cafe. I think there are the best desserts in this cafe in the city. Avocado cream-soup and tiramisu are perfect!!! Thanks to the cook. Excellent menu.

Yakitoriya is chain of restaurants (I also found them in Moscow and St. Peterburg) who deliver sushi. Although the restaurant are aimed at a large amount of clients they till now keep up a nice ambiance, better decorated than your average fast food restaurant. The prices are reasonable, below the specialized Japanese restaurants and the quality of food is good or even better. Assortiment is large (certainly compared to all you can eat sushi in other parts of Europe). The staff is friendly and the service in general quick and good. So if you are in for a nice sushi meal in a nice ambiance in Tver I would certainly check this place out.
