After hearing about it, a friend and I finally went for the first time in March. In terms of the menue: a nice selection of traditional (mostly-) Austrian dishes, transformed into contemporary style. We did like the Mediterranean flavored appetizer platter, which is nice to share. My main course were Ravioli on sweet mashed potatoes. (Quite unsual, but good) The suggested wine was nice as well. The service could have been more attending, we were not asked for dessert nor a coffee, we needed to flag the service people and waited a bit until we could order, in terms if the service is room for a little improvement, the overall experience was nice, so to speak.

We were 6 dripping wet cyclists who sought both refuge and nourishment pretty darn quickly, We were, despite our parlous state, welcomed in and very well looked after. We all had either hauspizza or the chicken burger. The chicken burgers were, on reflection, the better choice, but all was good, though somewhat pricey...burgers and pizzas were E11.90.We were allowed to stay way beyond our meal time.

Stumbled upon this hidden treasure as it was a stones throw from our hotel. The wine selection is to die for, the male owner (Austrian) about as knowledgeable as any sommelier I have comes across in any up market restaurant and his Italian girlfriend/co-owner prepared some great dishes to eat. Would STRONGLY recommend a visit here if you enjoy your wines in what is a chilled out and cosy atmosphere.
