In a group of 12 and recommended by a colleague, we had a set menu with a chowder followed by best salad I have ever had - came with a bacon steak!Steak served on sharing plater was massive and cooked to perfection with delicious sides as well. Very highly recommend.

Marble Steak restaurant serves one of the best steaks in China. The receptionist speaks perfect English with an American accent. Most important, she understands what she is saying and also speaks Fookien and Mandarin. Their Marble Steak House serves Australian steak that is comparable to the best steakhouses in New York. It is a 5-star restaurant that gives value for the money. The place has an aura that makes you relax and enjoy the furnishings. Even the steak knives are imported from France. Very impressive. The view is designed to show the surrounding buildings in an artful manner. It is more a depiction of how the locals live. Whoever designed it is a genius. I must say I left the restaurant extremely satisfied.

This really is an excellent restaurant which serves a largely Chinese buffet. Even if this is your first introduction to authentic Chinese dishes, you will find something to your taste.The buffet really is quite extensive and from the starters to the main courses to the desserts it is great food. Very well worth a visit.
