We have eaten at hundreds of restaurants over the years. This restaurant offers good food at a fair price. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the menu offers a great variety, service is quick, restaurant is very clean and seating is attractive. They do not accept credit cards. I am only giving them 3 stars because on a cool July evening the restaurant was extremely warm. Most of our fellow customers were fanning themselves to cool off since this restaurant is not air conditioned. Probably better to visit when it is cold outside.

We had not other option to eat because everywhere was full. We also discovered that in new year's eve they only serve menu. We agreed with that without knowing how much the price would be. The first course was cold smoked salmon. No salad, nothing, only 4 slices of salmon. Then we got 180g steak with potato croquette, peas and carrots, hot mushrooms with onions and sauce. The steak was excellent but it was 180g, the rest was straight from the freezer and didn't taste at all. For dessert we got ice cream with berries. We paid 45 euros! Not drinks included. Rip-off!

Es gibt Gerichte ohne Buffet, da müssen die Beilagen dazu bestellt werden, und eben Gerichte mit Buffet. Das Fleisch war bei uns allen gut bis sehr gut, wir hatten Pute, Schwein und Rind, aber das Buffet hatte ich besser in Erinnerung (vor einigen Jahren). Es gab heute Rohkost, angemachte Salate und Pellkartoffeln mit Sourcreme und Rosmarinkartoffeln. Das Ambiente ist direkt am Bahnhof natürlich so eine Sache, bei geöffneter Tür war die Bahn recht präsent. Insgesamt sind wir definitiv satt geworden und geschmeckt hat es auch.
