Excellent French cuisine restaurant, with food expertly prepared by Chef Pascal Finet.A rather large selection of delicious dishes and a good wine selection. The location is nice in the Vista Mar complex with views of the ocean. Very good, attentive service with Chef Pascal supervising everything. A very satisfying experience

The food was excellent and the service very good. They were decorated for Christmas so that was a nice touch. We both liked our burgers and would certainly have another one. There was only one odd thing. There was a guy sitting nearby working on his laptop. We assumed he was the owner or manager. We were about the only people in the SandBar at the time and although I wasn't staring, every time I glanced over at him he kind of glared at me...lol. Just seemed odd.

Stopped in for breakfast on a quiet Sunday and found Rincon was the perfect choice. You are as likely to find the local people of Gorgona here as you are expatriate visitors. We had huevos Ranchero (highly recommend it) and an egg scramble dish. With a cup of coffee, the tab was $10.70. We enjoyed the pace of the meal... no rush. Food was cooked to order and the service was great. Easy to find - across the street from La Ruina - and open most days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We plan to return to explore the dinner menu - and for more Rancheros.
