Panama Surf School is the only formal Surfing school close to Panama city, with classes everyday and bilingual instructor (english and spanish).The school is located on the beach of el palmar great place for learning with waves all year long!!

I'm a surfer, a longboarder. I probably surf at a strong advanced beginner level now. Wherever I travel, I surf. I always take lessons to improve my skills and for safely reasons, I don't surf alone. The facilities at Panama Surf School were top notch : Clean and spacious with sweet cats roaming about. The school is only 1 block from the beach. Overall, really good infrastructure.
I was greeted and hosted by Diogo. He's open, welcoming and very helpful.
My coach was Ricardo. He's an excellent teacher. Out of the many surf coaches I've had over the years, Ricardo is the first that is a longboarder too. I was able to get insights on nuances that will make me a better surfer, better longboarder. He is passionate, zen and motivated.
Everyone's English was excellent. I would go back again without hesitation!

Poor weather day and we were given the opportunity to cancel or reschedule. Because of a guest from the U.S., we opted to go out. A pending storm convinced us to cut the trip a little short. The golf course at Vista Mar is host to some wonderful golf tournaments through out the year. Call and ask them about the different ones. The course is so beautiful. Breezes blowing in from the beach, trees, flowers...this golf course is one that should be put on your Must Do list. The whole facility is fantastic. More than just golf at this place. Much more!
And they are renovating the back 9 and should be done in a few months! I can't imagine that this place is going to be even better than what it already is!! Even if you have some family members that don't play golf, I assure they will find something to do while you enjoy on the course!!
If you go during the off season, expect to have most of the course to yourself. If this is for a honeymoon couple or just a couple that enjoys golf...THIS is the place for you to enjoy.

Nous sejournions chez des amis à Coronado et ils nous ont fait découvrir ce parc aquatique, le seul, situé à 10 minutes des plages. Baptiste et Marie Caroline, les propriétaires français, sont supers accueillants. Les structures gonflables sont nombreuses et procurent de l'amusement tant pour les enfants que pour les adultes !! Les deux grosses piscines permettent aussi de se rafraîchir. On y a mangé aussi !! Le snack est très bon. Je conseille les batidos et le yuka frita !! Le poisson frit est bon aussi !! Et pas cher en plus !!! Moins de 8$ par personne !!!
Bref, je ne peux que vous conseiller d'y passer une journée ou une demie journée, vous ne le regretterez pas et rigolade à tous les étages !!!
