Authentic Greek food in a small restaurant. At Zum Taunus, you feel like family. Our waitress was cheerful and able to work through our language limitations. The food was excellent, plentiful and moderately priced. Wonderful fish and lamb; delicious Ouzo Gyro. I'll be back soon.

We tried out this all-you-can-eat Greek buffet tonight. It was a very popular place--very full. We were glad we had a reservation. It's a family restaurant, not suitable for a romantic getaway or peaceful retreat. We arrived at 18:30. There was a giant table of about 20 different appetizers available for starters. About 20 minutes later, the main buffet table of main and side dishes was opened. My husband counted 16 different meat dishes. In addition, there was pasta, rice, stuffed vegetables, and really long and tasty green beans. Afterwards, there was another table of desserts. Needless to say, there was enough quantity and variety of food to satisfy anyone. While the quality was lacking, it was as good as any other Greek restaurant, but it certainly wasn't outstanding. The melted cheese on several dishes was cold and solid--I had to cut it with my knife and some of the meats were dry, but others, in sauces, were quite tender and delicious. The deserts were really tasty. Parking is adequate as long as you figure out to try around back.

Die Seele des Lokals ist die Chefin.Das restliche Personal schien mir überfordert.Wir hatten reserviert, das Lokal war gut besucht.Das Essen hat mir diesmal nicht geschmeckt.Das Brot war trocken, der Salat ertränkt.Das Fleisch war nicht durch und der Geschmack hat auch nicht überzeugt.Die Bratkartoffeln waren geschmacklos.Der Reis ging so.Das Tsatziki war gut.Ich hoffe wir hatten einen schlechten Tag erwischt
