Bahamas Coffee Roaster

They make a very solid cup of coffee. Four dollars for 16 ounces, Three for 12 ounces. An ice coffee is 6 bucks. Their pastries looked pretty run of the mill. Further down the road is Arthurs Bake Shop that (has terrible coffee) but great pastries. You’re on vacation and have a gold cart - go to both and get the best of both worlds. Bahamian Coffee Roasters is cash only.

Sweet Spot Cafe

We had lunch here during our short visit to Harbour Island. It’s a cute little restaurant near the harbor with a few seats on the terrace and a few more inside. Service was fast and friendly. The dish of the day was cauliflower curry and it was excellent. It was accompanied by some delicious little bread slices. My Monkey Bowl was mostly yogurt with some walnuts and a bit overpriced for what I got. I thought it came with sliced bananas but I didn’t see any. Our juices were very good. We were glad to eat healthy here, but it's not cheap. Portions are on the small side and we were still a bit hungry when we left. It was the most expensive meal we had during our stay in Eleuthera.
