The location is both the up and down side of Siam Thai. You need a car to get there as it is on the top of a hill overlooking the village of Bad Mergentheim. The interior isn't really nice but the food and the owner Phong make up for a lot of the shortcomings. Good food at reasonable prices and a great view to top it all off.

If you are visiting from the States and would like a change from the usual German fare, and like Chinese/Thai/Japanese, this is a good place. Prices reasonable and food served hot and quickly. Wait service was fine and the place is clean.

The staff was very unfriendly, I never visited such a bad restaurant before. It was the worst restraurant I ever visited. I visited there more than 5 times but every time I felt the family is all unfriendly but I have not so much choice for thai restaurant so I visited. The young woman is always unfriendly, I say hello and she ignores me. Even I said one more time she said nothing and she never smiles. And her mother is always looking at us so unfriendly so it was really unconforatble to eat there. I visited with my small children so I asked for small knive or spoon but another unfriendly woman says they do not have them. I ordered noodle and later I ordered rice. But the young woman says so unfriendly you have to pay for this. I know I have to pay extra money but she says like she is angry. I am always very friendly at the restaurant but they were so unfriendly so I was really sad. My small children had to eat with a big spoon and a knife. I never saw such a restaurant. But I saw it later they have a small spoon because another woman brought me rice with a small spoon. They were lying that they did not have a small spoon. How can be so unfriendly to small children? I could not eat noodle and rice all so I asked for a small box but the young woman put them in a plastic bag so it was mixed and looked like a dog's food. I am so disappointed for this bad service and I will never visit there again.I usually pay tips for a good service but for the first time I did not pay tips.I can not understand why they have many good compliments.
