Me and my friends had an afternoon of massages with viktor and it was amazing! Viktor arrived to our house with all the equipment and precautions need. He is great, very professional, friendly and gave us a super relaxing healing massage. Definitely worth it!

The yoga studio can be a bit tricky to find, (when your gps says that you’ve arrived, look up at the windows of the buildings as it says ”yoga” in white letters on the window). I went for a pranayama/vinyasa class with Zoe and it was great. The studio is small and cosy, which created an intimate vibe. Zoe is a wonderful teacher with lots of knowledge, who holds space which allows you to be exactly where you are in your practice. Will definitly come back next time I’m in Lisbon!

At last we managed to visit Flor de Algodao City Spa today. After what’s happened to us all over the last few months we all need to start putting our lives back to some normality and a relaxing massage for us was perfect. We had no concerns as it was exceptionally clean here and we felt safe and well looked after.
