DaftöLand - A family adventure At Daftö Resort near to the coastal community of Strömstad on the West Coast you will find Daftöland, an adventure park for the whole family. Apart from all the fun activities, our Daftö pirates provide entertainment and shows on the big stage. Here we can promise excitement, laughter and more or less tuneful singing. Pirate theatre! Our Daftö pirates love to be in the limelight. At least, most of them do. So listen to their stories and sing along with their songs. Treasure hunt Find the pirates hidden treasure in the sand Meet Timbo! Our own ship's cat Timbo is constantly up to tricks.He hangs often out at Daftöland, so make sure to be there if you want a chance of meeting him. Treasure Hunt At Daftöland, there are adventures and games every day, all summer long. The pirates are involved almost everywhere. One thing they are really good at is hiding treasure. If you want to, you can join in and look for the pirates' hidden treasure in the sand. Pirate rock Sing and dance with the pirates! You can rock n' roll to the coolest pirate music here. Attractions At Daftöland there are plenty of attractions to make you dizzy and bring a smile to your face. Make sure mum and dad have something to do and set off on a voyage of discovery among logs, water slides, carousels and obstacle courses. Keep a lookout for the Daftö pirates' amusing shows with their thrills, laughter and song. NB: Some of our attractions have a minimum weight and height. - Silver rapids Ride logs in a headlong descent of the rapids and try to keep dry. Our tip is to try riding right at the front and right at the back. - Water slides Do you dare take a ride on the water slide? Here you are released from 10 metres up and jump straight out into the water. Who can make the biggest splash? - Lookout tower On this attraction, you and your friends are taken 8 metres up in the air. When you get up there you turn slowly around and you can check out all the attractions in the park. - Pirate carousel Daftöland's own pirate carousel is just the thing for smaller children to swing, spin and laugh. - Fairy tale castle Come into the fairy tale castle and discover all the magic things here! And as everyone knows, anything is possible in the world of fairy tales, including a meeting with a real princess. - Macro world Everything is magnified at the bottom of the sea. Play on sea anemones and snails or climb inside Madame Inky's tangled net. - Döskallesjön (skull and crossbones lake) Bounce on bones and gold coins, but take care not to get wet. - Radio-controlled boats Challenge your dad and drive the radio-controlled pirate ships across the lake. - Daftö castle Climb up and discover Daftö castle, and if you want to get down quickly you can take the slide. - Seesaw A classic for Daftö pirates who like to rock. - Treasure hunt Can you find the hidden treasure? Search carefully and keep a lookout and you're sure to succeed. - Bouncy cushion Good bouncy cushions are a must for all seafarers - good luck. - Little Polynesia' obstacle course Can you get past all the obstacles on the Daftö obstacle course? If not, just try again. - Ghost cellar Go in if you dare - we'll wait outside. - Bouncy ship On this ship you have to bounce and hope you don't land in the water. - Belly flops Who can make the biggest splash? - Submarine carousel Ride in a submarine round and round the world. - Swinging boats Yet another swinging delight, just like being out on the ocean wave.
