I visited Bhutan through this company in early March 2020. Mr. Phuntsho of the company had been very prompt and helpful in organizing the trip. He kept the itinerary flexible which allowed me to spend more time at places I loved. I did not have any issues right from the planning of the trip until I left the country. My guide and the drive were a very friendly and I must say they really made my trip one of the best. I highly recommend Bhutan Acorn!

We had a wonderful experience with Himalayan Social Journey. They were extremely helpful in helping us organize our visit and visas for Nepal. Our wonderful driver Dilip was waiting for us at the airport upon arrival to bring us to the accommodations they had organized for us. We did a lovely day tour of Kathmandu and enjoyed our tour guide Dip very much. The Everest plane tour was everything we could have dreamed of and more. Every part of our journey was seamless and pleasant thanks to Himalayan Social Journey and their wonderful employees. They were even kind enough to organize a covid test for us after the tour before our return home. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home. Nepal is truly a unique and wonderful country and their hospitality was touching. We can not wait to return for another tour.

its wonderful to get as you want when your travelling to rejuvenate yourself after every day works. i was very much amazed to receive a grate hospitality, from the airport pick up to drop off it was managed so well. the guide and the driver were very much friendly and intellectual. the tour package they provided was worth the sum paid. Over all i recommend World Tour Plan if your planning for a trip to Bhutan.

I just completed the Mount kilimanjaro climb organized by Himalayan Glacier. I was supported by a fantastic guide Fromance. He ensured my safety and took me on several additional walks at the various huts where we stayed. We had fun and very interesting adventures. The rest of the team included a fantastic chef, Yona, who created spectacular dishes including a celebratory cake for us after finishing the climb. I would highly recommend anyone considering this climb to go with Himalayan Glacier

BHUTAN FESTIVAL TOURS Tshechu is a religious festival meaning “tenth day” held annually in various temples, monasteries and dzongs throughout the country. It is believed that everyone must attend a Tshechu and witness the mask dances at least once to in order to receive blessings and wash away their sins. Every mask dance performed during a Tshechu has a special meaning or a story behind it and many are based on stories and incidents from as long ago as the 8th century, during the life of Guru Padmasambhava. In monasteries, the mask dances are performed by monks and in remote villages, they are performed jointly by monks and village men. Two of the most popular Tshechus in the country are the Paro and Thimphu Tshechus in terms of participation and audience. Besides the locals, many tourists from across the world are attracted to these unique, colorful, and exciting displays of traditional culture.

We booked our trip to Bhutan with Bhutan Travel Center to witness the festival. Luckly we made it to witness Punakha Festival before Bhutan was lock down. Bhutan is the place that everyone must visit to explore and experience its Beauty and culture. We visited village in Punakha, People were so friendly and helpful, they welcomed us with tea and local fruits. Hike to Tigernest was one of the best experience in my life. The hike up is steep but the reward at the end is well worth. Thank you to our agent Bhutan Travel Center for arranging our amazing trip, we hope to return again.
