The room is spacious enough, has good water pressure, just a little trouble with a hot shower, otherwise, it's a perfect stay! Komamg is a very nice lady, she takes care of all guest very well. Very attentive and caring.

Reviewed By marasmithhhhWe weren't able to book/ confirm in advance hence when we got there the staff were not prepared, but it was no hassle as we are mesmerized by the serene setting and the breathtaking view. Our room was nice and spacious, the staff were helpful and easy to talk to, we had a good breakfast the next day (good portions and yummy) and the access to the river down the valley was the best.

Unprofessional Staff
Reviewed By BelindaPiccioliVery disappointed with unprofessionalism of the staff at Griya Valud Sidemen. Already tried so many times contacting them through social media but no reply. Called them to their land line and their social media, no body picked up. After trying a week then they reply and confirm my booking. They have asked 50% deposit in advance to secure the booking which I already sent but 1 week prior to my arrival they said that they received another booking from OTA that I need to move to other room unless I pay in full. They even mentioned that it is already hotel regulation while none of this regulation is stated in confirmation letter. Very unprofessional and would worry about my trip there if I continue this, therefore decided to cancel my booking overall.

Reviewed By Amanda WBeautiful spot in Sideman. We were craving real, good coffee (we like our flat whites!) and this became our place. Great hot and iced options. Their food is also recommended - the granola bowl for breakfast was perfect (no photo - ate it too quickly!). The cold unique tea was refreshing on a hot day.

One of the most incredible stays of my life
Reviewed By Chelsea BI loved it so much that I wanted to spend every second there, from check in to check out. The entire upper level was our bedroom, with a large king sized bed with a terrace allowing us to look out on the most amazing view. The bathroom was pretty incredible too, with an open bamboo shower, which was always perfect temperature and a HUGE bathtub (which I didn't use). In the morning we awoke to one of the staff knocking to enter our villa, where they proceeded to cook us breakfast and serve it to us on our terrace.

Reviewed By Julia BFantastic view of rice fields and mount Agung. There was no real threat from mount Agung now. 'Made' is a brilliant host and made us feel at home. The serivce and the food was excellent, we have no complaints what so ever! Would definitely go back!

Mahanekavilla is located in the beautiful Sideman. It has 2 villas looking upon mount Agung and upon the vally. The villas both have their own bathrooms and a double size bed with mosquitonet. Come and be stunned by the views from our great villas and enjoy a meal at the warung out front!

Reviewed By 31mayagI really enjoyed my time staying at Maha Neka. Ari and Ayu were lovely hosts, very welcoming and helpful. The villa opens onto a rice field with gorgeous views of Mt Agung on a clear day. The breakfasts were good and the food in the restaurant was delicious, with vegetarian options - and vegan if you ask. Sidemen is a lovely village with none of the commercialism of the south, and is the perfect place to unwind. Would definitely recommend!
