a reputable campus that has good historical buildings. Has a modern canteen under the gtreen plaza in front of this building, has a halal food counter.

We visited the university towards the mid end of the autumn season in early November. Throughout the campus, there are still many beautiful ginkgo and maple trees. The university cafe offers local food at reasonable prices, but of course subsidized by the government or university for their students. Please note the restricted hours for tourists and do not abuse it. Autumn is my favorite season and Hokkaido University is one of my favorite places to enjoy this romantic season.

A wonderful Museum of Japanese culture. You can know "Objects" and "Soul" of JAPAN at here. We have a lot of exhibit about archaeology of ancient Japan and SHINTO culture also. There are two SHINTO shrine near this museum. The greatest objectives for our Museum are to attract large number of people so that they may deepen their understanding of Japanese culture.
