Its a very tiny but very clean and nice place...the owner is so polite, respectful and friendly. Also the waiters are very friendly. Desserts are very testy. Its amazingly fresh and delicious. The prices are reasonable. So long story short if you are visiting Suleymaniye mosque, old mosque or uc serefeli mosque you should stop by for taste one of their special desert. All they produce three kinds of desserts; tri leche, cheese dessert and hayrabolu... Enjoy your stay!

We searched out this well known ciÄer (liver) restaurant and ordered its main offering of ciÄer with a plate of fresh yogurt. Surprisingly when we were served we were provided with an assortment of accompanying dishes that was enough to feed an army.CiÄer was very tasty and portions were large. Alongside with the fresh bread we had a very filling and enjoyable lunch.Staff were highly efficient and friendly.Will visit again when in Edirne and highly recommend.

They tried to keep atmosphere old style,that's good.Edirne city is a beautiful and old city.People must keep it that way.They successful for now,wish this continue.Kemal usta cooking traditional Turkish fried lever with fried whole piece red, sundried chili pepper. Sonds good but this dish maybe 2000 calory.Our lever dish was ful of oil,it was too heavy.They must drin the oil out before serving dish.Ä°f you have hearth problem, must keep away.Because they never think about people's health anymore.And I can't tell very delicious. But maybe it's my sencitive point. Your health under your responsibilaty. But least visitors have to be there to try it,good experience.Good luck.

Went there, had the tava çiÄer, a kofte portion, one portion of pirzola (lamb chops), salad, some desert.Kofte, very good. Uniquely good? Definitely not so, judging by the quality of the kofte we tried at other locations in the following days.Tava çiÄer. An acquired taste. My wife didn t like it. I did, without feeling I'd go for seconds. Then or ever :-). It is very hearty, heavy taste, deepfrying it doesn t help making it feel any lighter. Goes well though with season salad and a touch of spice from turkish spicy dip. Probably a beer would be a great complement but I do not drink alcohol, so...Pirzola was the worst. The lowest quality, most fatty lamb chops ever had. Refrain from ordering those.Bread good, ayran great, mercimek soup ok.Good price (cca 150 liras). Staff do not speak Eng. do not smile much but are swift and efficient.Good place, but just as good as many others in the area. The rest is good marketing aimed at tourists.Do not fixate on it, try what appeals to you. You will, almost certainly, not be dissapointed. Turkish cuisine is fantastic and Edirne is a proud showcase of it. Anywhere in Edirne (and the whole of Turkey I suspect) you are always in close proximity to a great foodie experience.

We went there for lunch. It had big lane about 10-14 people before us waited for being seated. We were waiting not more than 10 minutes and we had a table. As soon as we order the waiter brought us bread, tomatoes and onions, hot tomato souse and hot papers (for free). The prices are very cheap and the food was amazing , so fresh and tasty. We understand why people were waiting for that restaurant. Service is extremely fast, crew is very friendly, they know few languages so they can make you feel surprised and happy. The most famous meal is Ciger tava obviously. Itâs kind of fried beef liver... itâs nice and tender. I ate Izgara kofte, which is kind of small beef meat balls with seasoning and herbs. The tender sirloin steak was pretty good too. The best drink in Turkey is Ayran so you can enjoy it here as well. We spent about 35$ for 5 people with the tips we were very very full. Hope to revisit this good restaurant soon.

We ate during Ramazan and before the iftar, so the kitchen may have been preoccupied with the crowd expected later. The rooftop setting was appealing and the service prompt and helpful. The simple food was of fair quality and not expensive.
