Echills Wood Railway is one of the regions popular visitor attractions and carries over 32,000 passengers each year. It is a seven and a quarter inch gauge (track width) miniature railway built and operated by a group of enthusiasts and volunteers. The railway runs a variety of replica standard and narrow seven and a quarter inch gauge steam, diesel, electric locomotives and trams on a 2 km line running through some of the 600 acres of Kingsbury Water Park with its 15 lakes, maturing woodlands and abundant wildlife. Open every Sunday and additional days, Wednesday and Friday during Warwickshire school holidays from March until December.

ive taken the kids and the dogs to coventry and leamington a few ties, great price for return tickets, way less than the bus and saves on parking costs...the chap at the ticket shop excellent and bvery friendly, trains only each hour but if you are early grab a coffee!!! trains dont run on sundays yet but once demand is at the right level im sure this will be next...i got there on a sunday and waited ages (walked over the bridge so couldnt see timings, nice and peaceful though) THANK YOU KENILWORTH!!!!

Went on a daytrip today with 3 friends to Harrogate. We were greeted at the depot by friendly yet professional staff who made us feel extremely safe at this tricky time.
