I purchased a full VIP service for my business trip to Shanghai last year with a representative meeting me right after I left the plane. She took me to a fast channel which took me less than 3 mins at immigration!! (there was a long queue for normal channel that day and the rep. told me it will takes 30 to 40 mins with that queue). I did not have check in luggage so I walked out the airport just about 15 mins after landing! I'm sick of the taxi in China so I also reserved car service with them. The VIP service managed to take me directly to the car just outside the airport and the driver was standing there waiting. Overall the service is professional with wifi and water in car, and the driver clearly knew the way well to my destination. The only thing to be improved is the driver cannot speak English well. But I guess it is normal in China. I will definitely use the service again when I travel to China next time.
