Ulricehamns Ski Center is a compared to the north lands, Carpathian and Alp ski resorts really small but for being in south Sweden I would say it is the best place to ski in southern Sweden.
The lifts are good and fast, there are skiing for both beginners, mediocre and even a advanced skier may have a bit of fun.
I listed my top 6 list of down-hill skiing in West Gothia (Västergötland) based on slopes, lifts, availability, snow and price.
1. Ulricehamn Ski Center
2. Mössebergsbacken/Falköping Alpin in Falköping
3. Knaggebobacken in Mullsjö
4. Kinnekullebacken in Götene
5. Aktivitetsbacken in Vårgårda
6. Billingebacken in Skövde
The remaining ski slopes in West Gothia (Västergötland) is not worth a visit.

Komosse Naturreservat is easy to reach from Ulricehamn and offers several options for hikes through a lovely landscape - particularly beautiful when the heather is in bloom! A good place for breathing, being and bird-watching.
