The St. Kilian Distillers GmbH is a Whisky Distillery in the Scottish Tradition. The Distillery is situated in a small tributary of the River Main, in the Bavarian part of the Odenwald. Since early 2016 we are producing our German Single Malt Whisky. The first St. Kilian Whisky will arrive at the beginning of 2019.

So beautiful church and marvellous organ (we were luck to hear it was played at the wedding ceremony) with more than 5000(!) pipes!!!If you pass by just stop at this town and see it by yourself

What a fabulous medieval and historical village oozing with history. Loved the wonderful food shops, especially the butchers and the people here are so helpful and friendly. There are some toilets near the bridge which are clean and there is no charge. The architecture in this village is fabulous and take your time to sit down and revile in the atmosphere.

Das Odenwälder Freilandmuseum in Gottersdorf bei Odenwald ist eines der sieben Freilandmuseen im Süden Deutschlands.
Mit regelmäßigen Living History Veranstaltungen zaubert die Museumsleitung das Gebäudeensemble immer wieder in andere Jahrzehnte. So gibt es z. B. das Wochenende, an welchem die Streitkräfte von Napoleon das Dorf belagern oder die US Streitkräfte nach dem 2. Weltkrieg einen Stopp einlegen.

Visited this small unique beer brewery. A variety of homemade beers in bottles that are as unique as the beer. A visitor will be offered tastes which a visitor can buy and enjoy. If you like beer, this is a unique attraction with a narrative by the tour guide to match. Try it...you are gonna like it! Souvenir and gifts available as mementos of the visit.

Visited this beautiful town as part of our Viking river cruise. This is a medieval town with numerous half timbered properties in excellent condition which the locals obvious take pride in. The majority of the streets are cobbled which were not busy with traffic when we visited so a pleasant place to wander round. Recommend a visit to this lovely town.
