Top 10 Things to do in Downsview (Downsview-Roding-CFB), Canada

October 23, 2021 Layne Dawes

We've heard Toronto described as "New York City run by the Swiss," and it's true—you can find world-class theater, shopping and restaurants here, but the sidewalks are clean and the people are friendly. The best place to start is literally at the top—the CN Tower, the tallest freestanding structure in the Western Hemisphere.

Awaken Battleground

We had a totally exhilarating experience playing the zombie game. Our emotions went from complete terror when the zombies started coming at us to feeling of satisfaction as we continued to defend our space. The game is untethered and allows players to move freely in the large space. It feels so real and for the time we played we were totally immersed in the world of zombies. It felt as though we had stepped into another world.

Thanks for K1 Speed at North York, Toronto for arranging corporate event for my company for 24 members Booking Experience: I have booked the event by phone and E-mail communication. It was done smoothly as we needed both go-kart race with food. They have sent us the racing options and Food Menu and after lot of communication we went with 2 races and pizza-wing buffet. They have sent us agreement and we signed and locked a date Racing Experience: To participate in the race, we need to sign a waiver from K1 speed. We can do it online from the link which they sent to us by E-mail or at K1 speed location. The staff is very professional and explain everything clearly. We changed our race from 2 races to 3 races and they accommodated graciously. PIT CREW: Pit crew was nice, they explained all the safety requirements etc. We took the GRAND PRIX which includes 3 races 1st race: This is a 12 Lap practice race where you get used to race car and track 2nd race: This is a 14 Lap qualifying race from which you lap race time, place you finish position you lap final race 3rd race: This is a 16 Lap Final race. Food Experience: We booked the pizza and wing buffet which was decent. The only drawback was Pop (Coke or Sprite) was not included which we had to buy separately. Overall a great, awesome and wonderful corporate event we had at K1 speed. Our company members had a wonderful experience and they were very happy with event. Thank you K1 speed for providing such a great event.
