Top 10 Things to do in Annex, Canada

August 6, 2021 Leida Jutras

We've heard Toronto described as "New York City run by the Swiss," and it's true—you can find world-class theater, shopping and restaurants here, but the sidewalks are clean and the people are friendly. The best place to start is literally at the top—the CN Tower, the tallest freestanding structure in the Western Hemisphere.

My wife and I rented two hybrids for a 4-day trip along the Lake Ontario and Erie waterfront trails. The staff was helpful ahead of time ensuring the bikes had racks for our panniers and answering other basic questions The bikes were comfortable and in very good condition and they included a flat repair kit with the rental as well as locks for each bike. At the end of the trip, the bikes were returned rapidly with no paperwork required

This isn't the first time coming to this spa but nor do I visit on a regular basis - even though I would like to. The services are high quality as are the staff and estheticians. It's small and private, quiet and relaxing. Facials with Marie Nguyen are lovely and massages by Chrystal, a registered therapist, are therapeutic and a great escape from the day to day. I enjoy the pool and steam room while I'm there as well. Highly recommended - they also call you back within a reasonable amount of time after leaving a message.
