Plaza Mayor

Who wouldn't want to have lunch in a medieval plaza. It's clean, beautiful, and historic. I took my 6 year old daughter for the day and she loved exploring the castle, seeing the vistas, shopping in tiny gift shops and eating tasty tapas. There were a lot of cyclists and motorcyclists. The area is beautiful and a know area for avid mountain bikers.

Now is mainly used as a car Park since no visitors' cars are allowed to get into the Plaza Mayor of Ainsa.
There still are the wonderful views all around the Castle walls over the whole dominium and the deep esence of Royalty into tié Tower. It is the top of the amazing experience of visiting the historical Center/capital of the SOBRARBE!
Not to be missed! Great for kids too, next to "Quebrantahuesos" Museum: unique!!

I had an amazing time out, twice, with these guys. White water rafting one day which was a lot of fun, and the second day canyoning. Both were very well priced. I think I paid 45 euros to go canyoning, expecting to go for a couple of hours. We left at 10am and didn't get back until 6pm. They sent me off to get drinks and food for the day then we set off. What an amazing day, all equipment provided, safety conscious and look after you well, even if you're a bit nervous or unsure, they don't push you into things, there's always an easier way down, but jumping is more fun, do it once and you'll want to do more and more.
Thomas was very helpful both before I arrived and when I visited and the other guys were great too.
Pay them a visit in Ainsa, you won't be disappointed.

Aguas Blancas

Reviewed By Stu C - Chester, United Kingdom

We had emailed another outdoor activity company in Ainsa (TT)
but, had no response. So, instead, I emailed Aguas Blancas, they replied the same day, we booked our rafting via email and were met in Campo (just on the left as you near the village) by owner, Nacho.
We had a great afternoon rafting down through the beautiful countryside, just the 2 of us and our guide, with Nacho paddling up front in a canoe, nothing too scary but, got a little wet and refreshed on the way down!
Good value for money, highly recommended, thank you.

The ecomuseum is an amazing opportunity to learn more about the nature and wildlife in the Pyrenees and to help the FCQ! The museum has an exhibition slip in different floors. There are beautiful pictures, scale models of different animals, exhibition of videos and also an area with animals (birds) that can't be release into the wild.
The museum is in the castle of Ainsa. Beautiful castle, view and architecture.
Downstairs they have a little shop.
It is also a opportunity to learn more about the FCQ (Fundacion de Conservation del Quebrantahuesos) and their amazing work in the preservation of endangered species.
We loved, learnt and definitely we will return.
