My wife and I were out biking one day and came across the beautiful church. The grounds are perfectly manicured and clean while the inside is something everyone should see. If possible I would recommend seeing it. the interior is quite amazing. The interior pays its respect to those who lived on the water by the ships hanging from the ceiling.

We reached this brewery/restaurant after taking the bus and walking through a pouring rain. We were very pleased to beat a huge tour group inside and start our beer tasting before them.
The beer was quite good, especially the walnut Amber. We had a modest snack in their restaurant.
I would avoid them during a huge tour tasting, if possible.

Every night you can follow the NIGHT WATCH through the old town. On WED and SAT the tours are conducted in English - start from the old Town Square at 9 PM. The tour takes about 1 hour.

Aeroskobing Church, built in the mid 1700's, is located in the market square of the town. Worth a visit to enjoy its simplicity and tranquility. The baptismal font dates back to the 1300's and the most ornately designed pulpit dates back to the 1600's. It’s also an opportunity to view some model ships that hang from the ceiling.

"Average" doesn't seem very fair, but it's a fun and funky museum... and I only rate it that way due to its simplicity.
There are hundreds of ships-in-bottles in this smallish museum (that takes about 30 minutes to visit). The museum is in the center of town and worth a stop.

Athough this museum is not opened for most of the year, one can still enjoy one of the most hobbit looking half-timbered houses from the outside. At the same time, a stroll through the streets of Aeroskobing to appreciate the charm of other other half-timbered houses that give the town its unique look is well worth it.

Its a place full of very nice craft and lots of history and culture. You get to try lots of cool stuff. You can forge, make copper jewlery and viking runes. There is also a firetruck and real fish you can touch. Upstairs you can mak knots and rope.
Very nice people and extremely cheap prizes.
If you have kids its a MUST.

Når vi nu var på Ærø skulle vi da også besøge uldgården i Brejning.

At eventyrbyen Ærøskøbing har det smukkeste lille torv kan ikke undre.
Den idylliske by har mange flotte gamle gader og huse, og Torvet, der bl.a rummer fine statelige og velholdte bygninger, er et ganske særligt sted.
På Torvet ligger den gamle latinskole, det gamle rådhus og det gamle domhus.
Midt på Torvet står to smukke særprægede vandposter. De var en del af byens vandforsyning helt frem til 1952. Det er historiske klenodier.
Lige bag den gamle latinskole ligger Ærøskøbing Kirke.
På Torvet er der, dels en del bænke, dels et par caféer, så det er muligt at tage en pause der og nyde det smukke torv.

Voderup Klint er et fantastisk naturområde på Ærøs sydkyst.
Det er et stort område, ca. 80 ha., som strækker over knap 2 km kyststrækning.
Området er fredet, fordi det er en æstetisk perle af de smukkest tænkelige.
Det er helt specielle geologiske forhold, der har gjort Voderup Klint til et fantastisk naturområde.
De forskellige jordlag ligger på et lerlag, og jordlagene er nogle gange gledet ned ad lerlaget. På den måde er klintens forside kommet til a fremstå som store "trapper".
De særlige geologiske forhold og den sydvendte kyst medvirker til at området har en enestående flora og fauna.
Voderup Klint er en stor seværdighed.
Man kommer lettest til Voderup Klint ad en grusvej fra landsbyen Voderup. Fra en parkeringsplads for enden af grusvejen er det et afmærket stisystem og en nedgang til kysten.
