With wind speed going up to excess of 200km/hr, I suppose this closely resembles a real skydive. First thing to know when booking online is that you need to followup with the booking of a time slot for the session. With the additional knowledge that you can only book a time slot three days in advance. So if you are coming the next day, you got to try your luck on the spot and get whatever session is available, which could potentially screw up your timings in sentosa. Next thing you need to know is when you book for one flight, it means a 1-2 minutes session. Third thing is you got to be here 1 hour before your timeslot for briefing and gearing up. Finally you don’t get to fly alone so no worries. A very experienced instructor will be with you at all times so it’s really safe. Final final - enjoy! We did, and remember to collect Your certificate afterwards.

By water volume, S.E.A. Aquarium (South-East Asia Aquarium) is the world’s largest aquarium. It is home to over 800 species of aquatic life, shown in a variety of sea-water glass tanks and real-life looking environments. There are lots of beautiful coral types and colours, kelp and seagrass habitats, a variety of sharks, great shark tank, dolphins, octopi moving through the waters and on the bottom terrain, us, very colourful and glowing jellyfish (sea jellies) moving through the waters, lionfish, starfish, spider crabs, blue crabs, a long glass tunnel-walkway through the sea-waters, lots of information boards, hands-on experiences at specific times, and much, much more. Although it is a great place to learn about and see sea life by people of all ages, I find that it is especially amazing to young children.

Sentosa Merlion

No visit to Sentosa is complete without meeting its most famous, 37-metre tall resident, the Sentosa Merlion. The legendary Merlion is a mythical creature with a lion's head and a fish's body - as a guardian of prosperity which personifies Singapore's history as an important seaport. The lion head depicts the folklore of Prince Sang Nila Utama's discovery of lion (singa) and City (pura) while the fish tail symbolises the fishing village of 'Temasek', also known as 'sea-town' in Javanese. Set foot in the Merlion's mouth to get up close and personal with the legend. But don't stop till you get to the crown! At 60 metres above sea level, you will actually be seeing Singapore through the perspective of the Guardian of Prosperity. Come soak up the 360⁰ commanding view and bask in the aura of this endearing national symbol. You'll see why legends, myths and stories all point to this regal creature for the swift recovery of Singapore's economy from the Asian financial crisis.
