Reviewed By metahalleyna29Decided to book this hotel since it looks nice and decent despite the mixed reviews on Traveloka. Stayed for only 1 night and didn’t a fancy hotel. Check in was smooth, no hassle at all. Room was clean. Small but does not feel too cramped. It was similar (if not slightly bigger) than hotel rooms in Tokyo. Bed was comfy. AC was so cold. Shower room is clean, just okay. All in all, it was fairly priced I think. Decor of the hotel is kind of instagramable. A bit noisy at around 10-11pm (for some reason there was this family with kids that just kept on conversing in loud voice). Would go back, I think.

Reviewed By lidyaa01This place is actually a student boarding house, but you can book their rooms from Airy application with the best price of course. Eventhough its a boarding house, but this place is not too crowded. Before come to this place I suggest you to call the receptionist/pic to confirm your time of arrival. Their staff are very helpful and really give their best to service you. This located in Babakan Jeruk, near Pasteur area, so you can easily find lots of place to visit. They don't serve breakfast, but they have a sharing kitchen which is very clean.

Unforgettable holiday
Reviewed By metriandaIt was a very unplanned family stay, we were supposedly stayed in another accommodation but sadly they informed us that our book was already cancelled because we were not checking in ontime, so unprofessional. We were panicking, thinking about making another hotel reservation but it was all fully booked, very understandable because it was saturday and part of the long holiday. But I remember that before the pandemic I made a plan to have a glamping with my friends which unfortunately I had to cancel because this accommodation had to temporarily closed, and that was how Masada Village came to my mind. I knew Masada village also have some villas so we called the Masada right away, but again another not shocking news that the villas was full hit us. But hey and the man on the phone told me there was two cancelled reservations on the glamping tent that I can stay in, without futher ado we booked the glamping through Traveloka and so here we go! It was our very first time stay in Masada Village, the area was very unfamiliar and the extreme road upset my dad a lil bit 'cause he was the one who drove. We arrived safely in Masada at 4.30p.m, the Masada staff lead us the way to our glamping tent in lot 4 and 5. My first impression about our glamping tent was HOLY MOLLY HELL YEAH I DON'T MIND SLEEPING OUTSIDE 'cause look at that view God serves us OH MY GOD! the sunset behind the pine trees, pinkish orange sky oh WHAT A PERFECT AFTERNOON WE HAD. Okay let me bring you to our tent which is why they called this glamping, it was just basically a tent with two kingsize beds, a cable television and clean bathroom inside, but I must say we don't really need a television when we have a much better view outside and oh yeah side note on the water heater that doesn't work at all please fix it asap. Tbh at first we were a bit worried because we had one year old baby with us and this place were surrounded with the pine forest all over us so yeah, but thankfully our baby were all smile throughout the stay, she was verry happy and so were we! Wait 'till the the night came up, the city lights view will spoiled your eyes and the cold weather came with it so yeah I was ended up sleeping inside the tent, I did not want to become a frozen beef in the morning. A tip from me, set your ALARM AT 4.45 a.m and went outside right away, I won't tell you why just go outside, thank me later! If you love to walk in a forest like Bella always did in Twilight movies, they also have the track, so just get in the forest and re enact your favorite Twilight scene as much as you can. And please make sure the weather is sunny before you stay in this place 'cause a bad weather can ruin your stay. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, I'll make sure to comeback here with my friends and big family later. Thank you so much Masada for your hospitality, please fix up the water heater in lot 4 and 5. Thank you for making our unplanned holiday into a unforgettable ones, thank you! Very very disappointed...!
Reviewed By yoyoka34We should have stayed here for a month, because the rooms were not suitable so we only stayed 2 nights. On the first night when we arrived, the toilet was dirty and smelly, could not flash, no hot water, the shower leaked, so water can't pouring down, it was even crazier they give us a small bucket to hold water. Because we are tired and don't want to ruin the mood in Bandung, just take deep breath and go sleep... The next morning a new flash and shower was made, but still without hot water. Still No towels . The room smells of paint and indeed they say that the room has just been painted. Even the floor was also a lot of paint marks and it wasn't even cleaned until I left this place. And this place has lots of dogs, so it's not good for Muslims. The employees (Ridwan, and i forget the other name) are not helpful and ignore us, we have to open and close the fence myself to get in and out of my car, even though they see and hang out in the room next to the entrance. I paid for a month, Budi the owner promise me to give the refund. And again, just promise. Don't believe with Budi and Ridwan said, they are just nice talk but not in reality or you will disappointed like us. I don't understant why this place have good comments. I am not recomend any others to stay here while in beautiful Bandung.

Staying at the big one
Reviewed By adestpThey have plenty of villas. My first stay was on the upper and newer facility. This one is a bit dissapointment. The place is big. There are plenty of cottages here. I've seen moslems do pesantren kilat and christians do retreat here. The cottage is quite clean, but the facility is getting old. My bathroom door is rotten. The water heater only works after the sun already up. The swimming pool is not clean. Not mentioning the pool's changing room. They are so close to cottages that most of them might use their own room to change. However my son wanted to try another pool quite far from our cottage so it's a hassle to change if we want to swim on a pool not nearby our cottage. Such a waste for such a big investment.

Warmth Welcome at the Cool and Fresh Air Hotel
Reviewed By 868adipI stayed in this hotel for a week training in 19-23rd of February 2019. First look and impression for this place was simple but feels like home. I impressed with all the front desk staffs who are very polite, helpful and nice showing their native character. I stayed in Room 213, with a friend. It was twin bed room equipped with air conditioner, kind of all furniture in the room. Also free wifi all over the hotel area. For the bathroom, they provide simple toileteris, soap and 2 sets of tooth bursh/paste. Air shower with hot/cold water, but that time we need to wait for 2 minutes flowing the water due to their hydrant system was under repair. There is swimming pool but, i didn not try it as I was not really think it is able to use as we need to walk down the hill for 50 meters away from main hotel building. The restaurant a the 4th floor was very cosy, fresh, traditionally looked but good place to stay for a bit longer due to the natural villages life view surrounding the hills. Food was good with local west java and indonesian dish. Meeting room were fine, fully equipped with sound system, air conditioner, and good choice for big, small, regular meeting. This hotel located in the passing through way up to Puncak Pas, and not to far heading down to reach highway to Jakarta/Bogor. It is recommended place for family trip to Puncak.
