All good except receptionist was rude
Reviewed By sandrang08The hotel was great! Comfy bed, big room and great breakfast. However, I had 3 interactions with the front desk and all were not up to standard. The first was when I arrived and I was told breakfast was not included and when I asked again, the receptionist was simply not pleasant and with little patience. The 2nd was when I asked for extra towels as I needed them for my morning workout, they never came. The last took the cake. I was checking out and the receptionist gave me a pen from a bowl of pens, asking me to sign the credit card receipt. I did as was told and put back the pen. She looked at me, removed the pen said that’s perfect, now I have to sanitize all the pens! Completely rude and uncalled for!

Reviewed By disneychica75The staff was nice. We got there a little later than planned. The lady showed us to use the fancy room key. We had a room at the front of the building, so there was noise from the traffic. The bed was comfy, bathroom roomy. Had a TV, linens, and soap. Breakfast the next morning was yummy. Check out was easy.

Reviewed By G WAmazing chef, cant believe he doesn't have his own restaurant. Staff super friendly. Stayed with work colleagues and for once enjoyed a business trip. Will definitely stop there again when i am next in Nordlingen.

Reviewed By DonauwoerthWir hatten als Familie in der Buena Vista-Pension das Zimmer 2 und 4 und 6 gemietet. Die Zimmer 2 und 4 haben kaum Tageslicht, da das Fenster zu einem 70-Zentimeter breiten Spalt zum Nachbarhaus öffnet. Nach oben wird der Himmel von einem Dachvorsprung bedeckt. Unten stehen die Mülltonnen. Es zieht Zigarettenrauch in die Zimmer. Nummer 2 riecht außerdem feucht-muffig-schimmelig. Der ganze Gang ist muffig. Beide Zimmer haben keinen Schrank und Risse in der Wand und um die Deckenlampe herum. Die Nummer 6 ist besser: zu einer Seitenstraße gelegen und hell, nett. Allerdings hört man in diesem Zimmer die Musik aus der darunter gelegenen Bar, vor allem dem Bass, bis spät nachts. Das Bad der Nummer 6 hat weder Heizung, noch Lüftung, noch Fenster. Frühstück wurde zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht angeboten, deshalb kann ich dazu nichts sagen.

Familia con ancianos

Bueno oportunidades de mejora: 1- todo el instructivo está en alemán,no hay copia en inglés y menos en español. 2- lavar ropa cuesta dinero no hay lavadora en los aptos, ni tampoco artilugios para secar como he visto en otros lugares para la calefacción.4- acuérdense de pedir la clave wifi, no la brindan espontáneamente. 5- a las 17 cierran y pase lo que te pase después de esa hora que te ayude Lola. 6- hay mucho restaurante en la vuelta pero domingo no hay supermercados ni panadería. 7- hay que venir con el pedido de víveres hecho si riesgo de morirte de hambre. Tampoco hay deliveries. Es para venir en auto. Aun con todos esos peros es un disfrute de paz. Ancianos solos abstenerse, no hay nadie que ayude.

Geräumige Wohnen mit Seeblick
Reviewed By Maus54Das Haus liegt super, 50 m vom Seeufer. Wir hatten eine Wohnung im hinteren Teil der Anlage, aber trotzdem mit Seeblick. Die Einrichlung war ok, gute Betten/Matratzen, in der Küche nur ein Herd mit zwei Platten, aber für die Urlaubsküche ok. Ansonsten war die Küche wirklich komplett ausgestattet (bis hin zur Kapselmaschine). Nur der Kühlschrank war ein bisschen schwach auf der Brust, es dauerte, bis das Bier runter gekühlt war. Schade war, dass im (Hoch-)Sommer keine Sonne auf den Balkon kommt, sie steht zu hoch und das Vordach schirmt den Balkon ab. Aber sonst alles ok!
