Colazione non inclusa. Appartamento da lasciare libero per le 10. Appartamento monolocale abbastanza carino e pulito. Nella norma. Per il prezzo proposto forse andrebbe messo un ulteriore letto singolo e non una brandina. Non tornerò e non consiglio.

Ours 16th century manor house set in the countryside and close to the Po river is Mantua type: a large central corridor divides the rooms of the living area with the two gates faced on the north and south of the house gardens. Restored respecting the charm of the historic home. The Prugni house is a farm that uses the permaculture technique that does not include the use of fertilizers or chemicals. All of our products are natural. Our synergistic vegetable garden is always open to guests.
Delightful B&B with accommodating hosts
Reviewed By kimbo2150This family B&B was a find. There were five of us traveling. The accommodations were clean and more than adequate. Our hosts were gracious and complemented our breakfast with a taste of their house made aperitif.

Un appartamento perfetto per un soggiorno a Reggio
Reviewed By MicheleGogeta87Ho trovato questo appartamento poiché avevo una cena di lavoro a Reggio Emilia. La zona l'avevo scelta soprattutto per la vicinanza ai miei uffici. E' stata una vera sorpresa soprattutto l'ospitalità e la gentilezza del proprietario Michele. Mi è stata data anche la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del recinto. Disponibilità anche per il cibo, la colazione e l'acqua. Lo consiglio a chiunque si trovi a passare da Reggio Emilia per un viaggio di lavoro\vacanza.

Reviewed By A425LUmichelerAbbiamo prenotato un appartamento con due camere, un bagno e una cucina. Terribile. Ragnatele e polvere ovunque. Insetti, api e ragni di ogni genere in ogni angolo e non solo della casa. Piatti e pentole sporchissime e dopo averle lavate 2/3 volte ancora troppo sporche per mangiare. Questo vale anche per i bicchieri in vetro. Ci era stato detto che avremmo avuto un phon in dotazione, phon non funzionate che ci ha lasciato uscire con i capelli bagnati facendoci prendere un bel raffreddore. Sconsiglio assolutamente, soggiorno deludente.

Nous avons fait 10 heures de route et nous avons été en contact avec la propriétaire des lieux qui voulait connaître l’heure exacte de notre arrivée. À notre arrivée, elle ne s’est jamais présenté mais nous a appelé pour expliquer que notre chambre n’était plus disponible et qu’elle pouvait éventuellement nous trouver une autre chambre moyennant des frais supplémentaire. Super surprise au bout de 10 heures de route. Devant notre refus la propriétaire nous a expliqué (toujours désagréablement) qu’elle ne pourrait nous rembourser et qu’il fallait passer par booking directement. Aucune excuse de sa part. Entre temps, celle ci a annulé notre réservation en prétextant que nous ne nous étions pas présentés. C’est inadmissible. Un mensonge et une arnaque. N’allez pas dans ce quartier glauque. Grosse grosse arnaque
