Reviewed By Tjasa BWe stayed here for a week. The room was big enough with everything you need. The host was really amazing, helpful and kind. The best thing about this place is probably the location. You can walk to the city center in 10min and also leave the city in 10min. Bus/train station is 12 min away on foot. There's a lot of cafes around to get breakfast in the morning. Only problem was to get parking around it especially if you arrive later in the evening.

Reviewed By bmcc11This is the worst trip I have ever had. It is HOT in August but the sheets and towels have never been changed. I left mine out to dry and they took them away. The bed is awful and the breakfast is worse. No coffee today! Can't wait to leave

Great room, great price, great location
Reviewed By noziukWe stayed for 3 nights while we explored Cagliari and this was exactly what you want from a b&b. Central location with easy access to the train station, busses, and restaurants/shops. The B&B is basically a flat, which you have a large ensuite room to yourself (there's 1 other guest room plus a separate part where the owner lives all accessible via the entrance hall). Room itself was spotlessly clean, large, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was served at 08.30 in the lounge/dining room of the flat (the other room was served at 08.00 so you ate separately) and was a nice spread of pastries, cured meats, cheese, bread, coffee and juice. The owner was polite, friendly and spoke good English. All in all, a great place to stay.

Reviewed By krisssspyyHaving traveled to dozens of countries over many years, I’ve never been treated so kindly and generously and felt so at home like I was with family as I did at Susanna’s guesthouse. I came for two nights and ended up staying two weeks as a result - it was one of the best experiences of my life entirely because of her and her kindness, helpfulness, generosity, hospitality, humor, warmth, flexibility, and also passion for Sardinia that she shares so graciously with all those around her. She is an incredible person and host that is so eager to share her love for her city with others and see her guests have a wonderful experience in Cagliari. In terms of the guesthouse itself, it is beautiful (so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated), comfortable (rooms are so spacious and literally every person that stays here talks about how well they sleep), and centrally located (there’s no better place to be in Cagliari). The breakfast is absolutely wonderful with delicious local products like ham, prosciutto, pecorino and ricotta cheese, cakes Susanna bakes fresh, a super refreshing fruit salad with mint, and much more. I also love breakfast at Susanna’s guesthouse because it’s a shared table where you meet and get to chat with other guests - as a solo traveler, this was great for me and I met and left with so many new friends as a result. Overall, I cannot recommend Susanna’s guesthouse enough. It was the highlight of my 5 months traveling, one of the best and most unforgettable experiences I've ever had, and a home away from home I will be telling friends about and recommending they visit for years to come.

B&Beach Cagliari is located 50 m from Poetto sandy beach in Cagliari. With free Wi-Fi and a garden, this modern-style property is in front of the Molentargius Pond where you can visit the pink flamingos. The air-conditioned rooms are soundproofed and come with a minibar, and a Smart TV with satellite channels. The private bathroom has a maxi shower, free toiletries and hairdryer. A sweet and savoury buffet breakfast is offered every morning in the tea room or in the garden. A bus stopping 20 m from B&Beach takes you to the centre of Cagliari, 4 km away. Cagliari Airport is a 15-minute drive away.

Michele il proprietario si è dimostrato da subito cortese e molto attento ad ogni esigenza..ha cercato in tutti i modi di trovarmi qualcosa che potesse andare bene a colazione, essendo allergica alle uova. Si è preoccupato di farci una panoramica di Cagliari...dei posti da visitare, delle linee urbane ed extra urbane da prendere, dei ristoranti dove mangiare in base alla zona. UN oste assolutamente perfetto. BRAVO MIKY!

A home far from home
Reviewed By Malin_1910Nicola gave as a very warm welcome. The room was top top clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast was overwhelming for a B&B. You have everything you want, bread, toast, fresh fruits, yoghurt, Muesli, nuts and seeets, good coffee and tea as well. We definitely Recommend Cramu and would book again.
