Front desk staff steals from your room
Reviewed By MickaelMArubaWe booked this hotel for the night as our flight was the next day and we are a gay couple after a week traveling through colombia. We arrived at 4pm and front desk was nice and we paid for the room. I always have emergency cash money in dollars. Safe was locked so i put the 300$ in my clothes inside my suitcase. At 6 pm we left for dinner and drinks. When we arrived back at 10pm the dollars were missing. At 7.30am the next morning i went right away to the front desk. The girl was there who checked me in. She said she would look at the cameras as they cannot read the locks in the room. They are digital and she programs them. 5 minutes later i returned and see here going through the video skipping 5 to 10 minutes. I told her she can not check the camera this way. I told her to start over and play fastforward. At 7.30pm she skipped right away to 8.15pm. Thinking i did not see that. I let her finish and then she said you see nothing is visible. I told her i want to see again between 7.30 and 8.15pm. She let me see it and then we noticed 10 minutes missing on the video. I wanted to speak to the owner and she did not provide me the info. I send an email to owner he brushed the issue away with a power outage which is why the video is missing and staff working there for years. So understand that the staff knows with a power outage they can go into the room without this being logged. She knew there would be an issue between 7.3pm and 8.15. Why skipp? I work in the hotel industry. All my red flegs were going off. The front desk works together as they saw the dollars when i was trying to get pessos to pay the room. They control who comes in the hotel and have control over the system. We have been going to colombia for a fews years and stay in different cities. This was the only time i feld unsafe in my room. Never has anything been taken and nobody had to enter in our room that night. Very disappointing, just want to warn people booking this hotel. They do not care.

Reviewed By dianakyohilI decided to book in this hotel because it was very close to the place where the fair was. It is a 7 minute walking distance and is very convenient for us. It was unclear for me the services they offer such as airport transportación to and from the hotel. I booked it personal y and not though any other Site because I was told in our phone call conversation that it was included both transportations but to my surprise, the confirmación email, which I didn't read throughly didn't include one of them. The word part was that the day we arrive to the airport, we were supposed to be picked up by someone hired by the personel from the hotel, but when I called them, they told me that the person who I talked to didn't pasas this information. I was instructed to take a cab and that they will reimburse me, which they did, but we wasted time. In overall, the installations are ok, we never ate at the restaurant, Just breakfast. The waiters can improve in the attention, specially in the language because many of the People that was staying at the hotel were visitors non-spanish speakers. Room was clean and spacious, had to ask for the towels, basic toiletteries, good wifi, nearby shopping centers, secure neighborhood. Once done with checkout, they stored my luggage while we were doing last errands. Won't book again because never used the kitchen.

Reviewed By danielasanchezr15Es el primer hotel en el que he estado que no dejan ingresar a un amigo o familiar durante un tiempo debido a que excede el número de personas para la habitación que se asigno en la reserva, motivo por el cual nos toco estar en la recepción. Es una lástima porque en general el hotel me pareció bueno.

Our hotel is very close to SENA Chapinero, just 6 minutes walking, also very close is Chapinero, just 10 minutes walking. The closest airport is El Dorado Airport which is located 24 minutes away, likewise the Salitre Transportation Terminal is 24 minutes away by car.

Reviewed By davidarthurk2022Among the worst experiences regarding the staff of the hotel, the service is terrible in every sense, the receptionist is just an awful and careless person who doesn’t give a damn about you as a guest, Someone can organise a party or speak out loud overnight and she would do nothing about it. The rooms aren’t bad, However the noise is very annoying, and you can hear people on the hallways, other rooms and from the outside so expect your rest being interrupted several times overnight. You also need to carry your own products like soap and shampoo. If you take a room in a lower floor, you probably could hear the noise and loud talks on the reception. And as I said, the receptionist is a disrespectful and careless person

Las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas, modernas y nuevas, con el espacio necesario. La atención al clientes es maravillosa, todos son muy atentos y amables, tanto que te hacen sentir como en casa. Ideal para pasar días en Bogotá. Excelente relación precio-calidad.

THE WORST PLACE EVER!! DONT STAY HERE!

Elendig service, hvor det tog mere end 30 minutter at tjekke ind. Lejligheden var slidt og ikke rengjort. Køkkenet manglede helt gængse ting som en gaffel, glas, kniv og mange andre ting. Da vi bad receptionen om disse ting, var de uforstående og kunne ikke hjælpe os. Ligeledes oplyste receptionen at der var cleaning hver dag, dette fik vi dog kun første dag. Hvilket faktisk ikke engang var rengøring, de redte sengen men skiftede ikke sengetøj, håndklæder eller gav os nyt toiletpapir. Vi blev ved med at henvende os til receptionen, som blot latterliggjorde os ikke ændrede noget. JEG HAR ALDRIF I MIT LIV HAFT EN SÅ RINGE OPLEVELSE. JESUS, ABSOLUTLY BADEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
