Overall the stay was good. Rooms were very nice. Beds were very comfy and the oil paintings in the room were a nice touch. We will be staying here again soon. Staff were helpful. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Every room has a microwave, refrigerator and in room wifi. We also have full kitchen suites and pet friendly rooms. Right now with the opening of our brand new Deluxe building we are offering special grand opening rates.
The room was cold as no heat. Not clean . Bathroom had minute items. Room seemed to have been a storage roomed turned to guest room. No alarm clock. No blankets. The only say was nice was the bed was comfortable. Don't waste your money or time going here.

This place is so underrated. I stayed in a corporate studio and the price did not match what was sold. The quality of the room was very high (Marriott or Hyatt standard in my opinion) but the rate at which it was sold was significantly low (almost motel rate). Add to this, the service was above par, warm, and friendly; from the beginning when Rose checked me in, to the Night clerks Desiree & Sage who printed my travel documents, and the Maintenance guy Jan who fixed my window. The housekeeping Staff (Faith) came every morning to provide service. Very professional and awesome people. What I liked most about my stay was the convenience: free breakfast, gym in building, C-Train only a few steps away (which allowed me to do my business), and it was a well insulated room. Very quiet. Thus, all in all, I would have to rate this place at 5 out of 5! Good job SAIT!

The landlord's will trespass and go through your room when you aren't in there and go through all your stuff,. you hear absolutely everything in this house, from footsteps to even the phone vibrating upstairs, there is a bed bug problem on the couches and IN the carpet and there furniture, a fruit fly problem in the kitchen/laundry room, and black mold throughout the basement, this is an illegal suite and should be removed immediately. These people are the definition of slum Lord's. This isn't a safe or private place to find comfort at all. AVOID AT ALL CAUSE. The fridge doesn't work half the time and your food goes bad and it gets tampered with by other temporary tenants. There is no heat control in the suite and it is always freezing cold (October-december and winter months) the walls aren't sealed and mudded so there is a spider problem also, making it impossible to hold any heat or isolation, you also smell everything they cook upstairs and it leeches into your clothing and bedding, it's almost as if they blow it through the vents it so bad.

The local Super 8 was full, so my company booked this location instead. To say it's dated is to put it mildly. They still use handwritten receipts. Decor out of the 70's and peeling paint and random stylized plumbing and electrical fixtures are the norm. It did have plenty of hot water however. They had basic cable only, but no wifi available at all.

We booked The Ridge to host a small anniversary dinner for my husband's parents - 65th Anniversary. From the first phone call to the incredible event last night - the service was outstanding. Randy was very responsive and accommodating! He helped us find someone to make the perfect cake - and actually served us the meal! Chef Xavier worked magic. Each meal was cooked to perfection. The venue space is incredibly beatiful. Loved every minute of the evening.

The B & B was a beautifully restored barn with gorgeous decor and incredibly comfortable beds. There were lovely cozy spots, both inside and outside, for guests to relax and meet fellow travellers . The hosts, Charlotte and Tom, were so warm, welcoming and friendly that it felt like we were visiting friends rather than staying at a B & B. They are also great cooks so our breakfast was delicious - a perfect start to our morning. It was a real treat to stay there.
