Malvern Serenity is the go to place in Malvern for all of your beauty needs, whether it’s maintenance such as nails and eyebrows or relaxation. The therapists are excellent at providing a personalised service and the massages are amazing! The relaxation room is a lovely touch which makes it different to many other salons.

My friend and I went to for treatments to day, my friend is due a baby next week so she had a pregnancy reflexology treatment with Clare and she said it really relaxed her. I had a facial treatment with Yvonne (second one} and I can only describe it as sheer bliss. The treatment extended from my face to my shoulders & arms then onto my feet and lower legs. At the end of the treatment it really is as though you have zoned out and you are so relaxed. I have had this treatment with Yvonne before so knew I would need to sit and relax before driving home and where better than at The Wishing Well Cafe so we had a lovely half an hour to just sit relax and have our drinks. Would definitely recommend treatments , and refreshments, at the lovely place.

I use this beauty spa on a regular basis. All the staff there are very friendly and helpful. I can't fault the beauty treatments there . I can recommend Amy Charlotte and meg,both extremely good therapists. It's very popular in Bewdley and is booked up regularly due to the excellent treatments and therapies available .Great ambient waiting area and very friendly receptionists. Can highly recomended

Went to Malvern Spa for one of their days which included breakfast pastries, lunch and a massage. Brilliant full body massage by Becca, she was brilliant and made me feel very relaxed:) The spa was cleaned throughout the day so felt very relaxed and having visited before COVID the experience was still just the same.
